New. Just prescribed Latuda? confused

Posted in Group:

I have been on prescription medication for depression for months now. Never made much progress. Been seeing a psychiatrist for about 4 months, last visit, after telling him about constant thoughts in my head that dont seem to stop, and constantly being on the edge and accusing people of things, thinking everyone is lying, he prescribed me Latuda. Now, for as long as I can remember I have been talking to myself inside my head, as if other people were there, thinking a lot of people did it. Now I was doing some browsing around online, and see the symptoms of schizophrenia. I never noticed the talking back until now though. Weird.

Isn't that what therapy is all about, learning to analyze your thoughts and behaviors? I would say you are making progress!
